Wiener Börse Gears Up for Engine Revamp
The move will replace the exchange's current version 9.0 of the platform, which is provided by Deutsche Börse.
Wiener Börse has run its cash markets, including equities, bonds and certificates, on the Xetra platform since it first went into production in November 1999. "The operation of the Xetra Vienna backend system is outsourced to Deutsche Börse Systems. As Deutsche Börse is going to upgrade all the Xetra installations, Wiener Börse also has to run the upgrades at the same time," says Michael
