Bilbao, Spain-headquartered Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentina (BBVA) has selected application lifecycle-management software provider Serena Software's technology to standardize all of its global operations for mainframe and distributed development and global business process management, vendor officials recently announced. BBVA will use Serena Software to standardize its business processes, eliminate redundancies, and streamline application development firm-wide to improve business
