“The key thing that has been missing is the ability to do very high-performance queuing,” says Matt Meinel, global director of marketing and business development with 29West. “If you have 10 servers that are part of your accounting system, but you only want the trade to be processed once by the accounting system, you don’t want it broadcasted to all 10 servers. You need it to be load-balanced across those 10 servers,” he adds.
