Deutsche Börse Nixes Euronext Merger

FRANKFURT—A merger between pan-European exchange operator Euronext and its American counterpart NYSE Group, is set to gain approval from shareholders now that Deutsche Börse has withdrawn its bid to merge with Euronext.
