SDB Deploys VoIP on Its Trading Floor
The commercial bank's dealing room consists of 60 positions trading all of SDB's tradable products, including foreign exchange (FX), money markets, and derivatives products, according to a source familiar with the project.
The deployment occurred in two phases, with 30 IQ/MAX turrets being deployed per phase. The new systems replace a purely PBX-based platform provided by a local vendor according to the source.
