BOX Targets Blocks

The exchange is currently looking to apply for regulatory approval to introduce a system to handle large trades, according to Will Easley, vice chairman of BOX.

Since other options exchanges already offer the ability to trade block orders, Easley does not foresee any regulatory holdup and hopes to gain approval by the end of the year, although the process is still in its early stages.
