Panel: Exchanges See Derivatives Boom

The Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) and the International Securities Exchange (ISE) are preparing to launch a new derivatives exchange, dubbed DEX, which is expected to go live in March 2009, says Robert Fotheringham, vice president of trading at TSX Markets, a division of TSX.
