Muscat Exchange Turns to AEMS
EXCHANGE TECHNOLOGIES
MUSCAT, OMAN—The Muscat Securities Market (MSM), a stock market based in the Middle-Eastern country of Oman, is implementing an exchange and trading solution from European technology vendor Atos Euronext Market Solutions (AEMS), officials tell DWT.
The NSC (Nouveau Systeme de Cota tion) solution supports both equities and derivatives trading. The transaction software runs against "a combination of Unix and Hewlett-Packard/Tandem NonStop servers," says John Oddie, global head of the exchange
