RELIANCE TO ACQUIRE YIPES
Indian-headquartered telecommunications provider Reliance Communications last week announced the acquisition of San Francisco-based managed Ethernet and application delivery services provider Yipes Holdings in an all-cash transaction valued at $300 million.
