"People, especially in financial services, don't want to share customer data at any cost," says Jay Rajarathinam, vice president, head of business services integration at Wachovia, who spoke at last week's CityGrid event sponsored by DWT and sibling publication Waters. The best way to deal with this issue is to start with a gradual approach, adding to the grid data that doesn't share customer information, he says.
