TradeWeb, Omgeo Form STP Alliance
Under terms of the arrangement, TradeWeb will link its TradeXpress confirmation network to Omgeo's U.S. domestic trade allocation, acceptance and matching platform, Oasys-TradeMatch, and its global settlement and instruction service, Alert, via Omgeo's proprietary protocol, TradeWeb officials add.
Officials expect to announce the availability of the service in early 2008.
