London Stock Exchange Expands Hosted Offering

As the second phase of an ongoing project launched last year (DWT, Sept. 8, 2008), the exchange operator has increased the available space within its datacenter dedicated to client hosting by five times, officials add.

In the first phase, capacity was limited. Due to the demand, the project was completed earlier than expected, say officials. It was always the LSE's intention to dedicate an entire floor to the datacenter to clients' hosting equipment, according to Nigel Harold, real-time data
