TSEC Consults NYSE for Platform Update
"We're looking to develop our next-generation system with NYSE Euronext so they are currently looking at the difference between our system and their system," says Michael Lin, senior executive vice-president of TSEC. The team from NYSE Euronext will assess the investment and time needed to roll out a comparable system at TSEC. Lin says, however, that it is likely TSEC will develop a system internally with the help of NYSE Euronext instead of buying a system from NYSE Euronext.
