The man who will lead Iraq's revamped stock exchange into its automated era is the market's 41-year-old CEO Taha Ahmed Abdul Salam. He says he is cautiously optimistic that the electronic trading system will serve as a foundation for the exchange and ultimately thrust it forward as Iraq's fledgling democracy takes flight.
