Aspen Enlists IDC for Web Hosting
The new delivery applies to the "hundreds" of clients who run the AOTN front-end on data from Interactive Data, says Mike Bodrogi, director of sales at Aspen, and does not affect clients who use the Web interface on top of feeds from other data providers, such as DTN or Reuters.
"We've implemented a server farm with 16 new servers and a high-speed cross-connect [to Interactive Data's PlusFeed datafeed] to feed our Internet-based clients," Bodrogi says. Previously, Aspen connected to Interactive
