Wachovia Slows Staff Costs with MRDS


Charlotte, NC-based bank Wachovia is mitigating the need to hire additional reference data staff by using the Managed Reference Data Service from Accenture, bank officials say.

The bank implemented Asset Control's AC Plus data management platform to support its time-series data requirements last year (IMD, Jan. 24, 2005). It is now preparing to roll out MRDS to populate and maintain Product Master, the bank's securities master file.
