Ionic Completes KTS Migration

The final clients rolled out Alpha last month, ending a migration process that began in June, says Tim Clarke, managing director at Ionic Information. Installing the Alpha terminal is a relatively simple process, where users download the software directly from the vendor's Web site onto their computer, Clark says. For companies with multiple users, system or network administrators can download and install the application on multiple PCs, he adds.

Clarke declines to specify how many customers

Only users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
