The service is aimed at mid-tier broker-dealers who may not have the technology resources to build their own smart order routers, but who are subject to the same best execution rules as their larger rivals, which will become more complex when new MTFs including Turquoise, Equiduct, BATS Trading and the Nasdaq OMX Pan European Market launch later this year. Clients can define different routing strategies based on both price and other costs of executing on a venue, and can incorporate a preference
