Microsoft Forms Vendor Council To Aid In Data Interchange, Entitlement

Microsoft Corp. has formed a vendor council devoted to setting standards for data interchange among Microsoft Windows-based applications. The council, which includes nearly every self- respecting market data vendor, will also have Microsoft's ear on the topic of the data security and entitlement issues peculiar to market data vendors.
