First Boston Sticks With Telekurs For Proprietary Trading, Back Office

First Boston Corp. has decided to continue using Telekurs (North America) Inc.'s Ticker feed to supply market data to a 50-position proprietary trading group within its equities trading desk. The firm settled on Telekurs after rejecting an unbundled feed from Automatic Data Processing Inc. and Quotron Systems Inc.'s unreleased digital data feed, known as QMDF.
