S&P Comstock Turns New Ticker Plant On, Ending ICV Alliance

LONDON--Standard & Poor's Comstock has switched over to a new ticker plant for its European data collection operation, which has been in development for two years. The new ticker plant will supersede the one that has been managed by Primark's ICV under a facilities management agreement for the past six years.
