Nesbitt Burns Rolling Starquote To Support 500

Bank of Montreal brokerage subsidiary Nesbitt Burns has signed a long-term contract with Star Data Systems Inc. for the rollout of its Starquote Next Generation 2.4 retail quote service in support of 500 positions at its branches across Canada. The selection should come as no great surprise. Prior to merging their operations last year, both Nesbitt Thomson Corp. and Burns Fry Inc. were subscribers to Star Data's earlier generation product: Starquote service. Nesbitt Burns has already begun
