Citicorp Takes Back Global Treasury Services In Quotron Reshuffle
THIS WEEK'S LEAD STORIES
Citicorp has moved the Global Treasury Service (GTS) division of its struggling Quotron Systems Inc. market data and financial systems subsidiary back into the Citicorp fold.
The shuffle sparked renewed Street talk of a possible sale of Quotron. But Quotron executives downplayed the notion, saying that Citicorp was not in any way unwinding business units from Quotron but rather was responding to market realities.
