NEW YORK--Automatic Data Processing (ADP) is nearing an agreement to sell its front-office data vending businesses, according to sources close to the discussions. Bridge Information Systems appears to be the front runner in the negotiations, say insiders, although Reuters and Thomson Financial Services' ILX unit have previously expressed an interest.
