Reuters Streamlines New York Sales; Taps De Lacy

As part of an ongoing reorganization of its business structure, Reuters America Inc. (RAM) has streamlined its New York City sales districts and tapped Brian de Lacy as the group's head. Reuters, which previously had two Manhattan sales districts -- midtown and downtown -- will now have just one so-called New York district covering all of Manhattan. De Lacy, who previously served as senior vice president of the former midtown district, will be working closely with his only direct report -- Anne
