It's beginning to look like Bloomberg L.P.'s strategy of requiring users to install Bloomberg-proprietary cabling is more posture than policy. The vendor has authorized not merely one, but three network system vendors to facilitate delivery of the Bloomberg service over non-native local area network cabling to support Bloomberg terminals. The vendors -- all three of them U.K.-based -- are CCC Group Ltd., Paragon Audio Visual Ltd. and Pinacl Communication Systems Ltd. The three have also signed
