Quotron, AT&T Begin Installing First IFIS Pilot At Shearson Lehman Branch In Manhattan


Quotron Systems, Inc. and AT&T Information Systems have begun installation of the first production pilot of their long-awaited Integrated Financial Information System at a Shearson Lehman Bros. branch in Manhattan. Though the companies promise that IFIS will eventually support MS-DOS microcomputers like the AT&T 6300, the only PC to be found at first will be AT&T's Unix PC, the 7300.
