More 3000 Concerns: This Time, It's Session Server

Reuters has had a difficult time with the rollout of a key component of its well-hyped Reuters 3000 series: the Session Server needed to access the 3000 data. A number of banks say they have been unable to roll out the Session Server due to concerns about security as well as the difficulty of its installation. Reuters, on the other hand, says that the concerns--while understandable given the nature of Internet protocol technology--are unfounded.
