Javelin Acquires Gateway, Prepares to Introduce JavCentral

NEW YORK--Javelin Technologies has introduced a service bureau, dubbed JavCentral, following the acquisition of Gateway Financial Technologies, which had been jointly owned by Javelin and AW Bertsch.
JavCentral will provide market participants with the option of purchasing Javelin offerings on a service basis instead of having to license the technologies. Clients of JavCentral will be able to purchase the FIX services they need without having to go out and buy all the ancillary hardware, system
