Lehman Brothers Inc. last week relieved managing director Steve Gott of his duties as head of Trading Services and hired in his place Jerry Callaghan of American Express Co.'s Securities Processing Group. The move will likely hasten the shift of trading room technology decision-making power from the central information systems group to the business units.
