Reuters Plans Swaps Redux via Icor
CONNECTIVITY
LONDON--Reuters is set to launch a swaps trading service by taking over completely the interest-rate swaps platform of New York-based Icor Brokerage, in which Reuters took a 50 percent stake last year, according to Icor’s departing president, Neil Chriss.
Chriss, who has left the broker to join New York-based Sac Capital Advisors, says the companies have reached an agreement in principle for Reuters to take control of the rate swaps platform developed by Icor, a proprietary Java-based
