STOCKHOLM—NeoNet, a Swedish agency broker that offers direct market access (DMA) to equity exchanges, will launch trading access to the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) this week as part of its strategy to expand into the North American market and further develop cross-border trading opportunities, officials tell DWT.
