Chemical Selects Reuters Over Teknekron For 450 Positions In New York City
MANAGEMENT AND STRATEGY
After almost a year's planning and evaluations, Chemical Bank has selected Reuters to provide its 450 traders and sales people in New York with a local data distribution system. Reuters won the contract following a four-month final round of intensive reviews and testing that pitted it against one other finalist, Teknekron Software Systems Inc. (TST, Oct. 19).
Chemical's selection of Reuters over Teknekron comes as something of a surprise given that Chemical last year selected Teknekron to support
