Last year, the currency options trading desk in the New York office of Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken, a large Swedish bank, began testing a new decision support tool from Investment Support Systems Inc. Called FUTRAK Advanced Currency Trading System (FACTS), the tool allows the bank's traders to analyze their positions in exchange-traded and over-the-counter currency options in near-real time.
