Fox-Pitt Brokerage Embraces .NET to Help with FIX Links

LONDON--Fox-Pitt Kelton Ltd., the UK arm of broker-dealer Fox-Pitt Kelton, has installed Solution Forge’s FIX engine, FIX.NET Server 2002, for conducting equity trades with its counterparties.
The vendor has also installed Microsoft’s BizTalk XML-based application server, which will run a link to FPK’s off-site, service-bureau order management system (OMS), say officials. The system is scheduled to go live by the end of October, with 10 counterparties due to be connected by the end of the year
