DOJ Gives HyperFeed TRS Nod

NEW YORK—A major point of contention in Reuters’ acquisition of Telerate has been settled with the news last week that the European Commission and the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) have decided to let Reuters license TRS and Active8 source code to HyperFeed Technologies, a Chicago-based ticker plant vendor.
