Instinet has appointed Michael Siegenfeld, previously director of global capital markets systems at Deutsche Bank, as chief information officer of it's fixed income division. Instinet fixed income combines 'best of breed' technology with a fully staffed broker desk to deliver all the efficiencies of electronics without losing the best attributes of voice broking. Siegenfeld replaces Rachel Moseley, who recently joined Market Axess as CIO.
