Searching for Signs of Hope
BEFORE THE SPIN
It may seem like heresy to search for signs of hope in financial technology when pioneers such as Bang Networks and Beast Financial Systems have gone out of business. It's also hard to strive for optimism when other financial technology vendors are struggling to make it to the next quarter in the hope that the delayed recovery will carry them over (see story, page 1). But heresy is what I deal in, so what follows are some areas that I hope will become bright spots in a difficult time.
