Reuters Holdings PLC has postponed the launch of its Dealing 2000-2 automated foreign exchange trading and trade-matching system. Dealing 2000-2, the second phase of Reuters' Dealing 2000 package, had been slated for a rollout before yearend. Glen Renfrew, chief executive, says: "Little or no revenue is now expected from automated matching in the foreign exchange market before the third quarter of 1990." However, he says the negative impact of the delay on earnings will be offset by the success
