Abbey Goes Basket Trading on the LSE
CONNECTIVITY
LONDON--U.K. bank Abbey National has just gone live with GL Trade’s front-end application GL WIN and the vendor’s GL ARWIN module for basket trading via the London Stock Exchange, TTW has learned.
The bank has rolled out the French software vendor’s wares to approximately 10 equity derivatives traders in London, after testing the applications with the LSE.
The bank also installed GL’s SLE market gateway for connectivity to LSE’s Stock Exchange Trading System (SETS) electronic order book, and GL’s
