An industry source who worked at Swiss Bank Corp. (SBC) when the bank signed a $6.25 billion, 25-year outsourcing deal with Perot Systems two years ago (TST, September 18, 1995) says Perot "low-balled" the cost savings figures it presented to SBC to land the contract.
