TSI Puts Messenger, Nimbus & Gemini On A Conversion Course With Mercator

LONDON--Almost three months after TSI International Software acquired the Braid Group for $91 million (TTW, March 22), TSI has put the TSI and Braid product sets on a conversion path and re-branded Braid's product suite.
"Braid solutions for the finance industry" will be the new moniker for the Braid products that TSI has acquired, but TSI will eventually drop the Braid name, says Jenny Swift, vice president of marketing.
However, TSI felt that it was prudent to keep the Braid name for existing
