Telerate To Permit WAN Redistribution In Gentle Retraction Of Earlier Ban

Two years after taking a strong policy stand prohibiting customers' redistribution of Telerate data over their own wide area networks, Dow Jones Telerate is creeping towards a policy that affords customers the possibility of flexibility in what they do with Telerate data on its WAN.
