LONDON—If the Deutsche Boerse (DB) or Euronext succeeds in their bids to acquire the London Stock Exchange (LSE), the future of the LSE’s technology refresh will be very much in doubt, say industry observers.
The DB board last week approved the bid for the LSE, which paves the way for the executive board to decide whether or not to proceed with a possible cash offer, officials say.
