Swift Taps Cameron for FIX Tests

BRUSSELS--Swift has acquired a global license of Cameron Systems’ CameronFIX engine to perform pre-production testing on its SwiftNet FIX hub, scheduled to go live in the fourth quarter of this year.

The SwiftNet FIX hub is the industry utility’s bid to take advantage of the existing Swift network to allow firms to send FIX orders to each other through a single FIX session.
