NEW YORK--Morgan Stanley is moving to full usage of Omgeo's Central Trade Manager (CTM) virtual matching utility (VMU), but it recently cast doubt on the viability of Omgeo's bridge among CTM and its legacy allocation system, Oasys, and its legacy TradeMatch service.
