Sector Expands IPNetwork, Eyes DR Space
NETWORKS AND INFRASTRUCTURE
NEW YORK--Sector, a provider of communications, managed services and data distribution products and a subsidiary of SIAC, plans to expand its IP network beyond the New York City area and is looking for growth in the disaster recovery area.
The IP network, dubbed Sectornet, will be extended to Chicago, Boston and San Francisco "in the near future," says James Hogan, senior vice president of marketing and sales at Sector. There are currently about 150 clients on Sectornet in the New York area.
