U.S. reporter John Caserta recently spoke with Ajit Naidu, chief technology officer (CTO) for the Global Investment Banking and Institutional Technology division of Merrill Lynch, a post he has had since December 2004. Sharon Reed, CTO for Global Markets Trading Technology also since last December, works with Naidu. A Merrill Lynch veteran, Naidu joined the firm’s debt technology group in 1996 and served as director and head of client data strategy.
