VENDORS REPORT RECORD REVENUES FOR Q4 OF ‘99

Active Software, supplier of e-business integration software, said that revenue for the fourth quarter ended December 3, 1999 was up 62 per cent to $11.6 million compared with 1998's final three months. The Santa Clara, Calif. based company said it lost $1.2 million, down from the $2.8 million loss posted a year ago. For the year sales were up 261 per cent to $27.4 million and the losses totaled $9.4 million versus $9.9 million in 1998.
