Radar, Rivaling Reuters' Dealing 2000-2, Will Use Cable & Wireless PLC's Global Network

Cable & Wireless PLC will provide the global networking facilities for RADAR Financial L.P.'s proposed foreign exchange order-matching system, sources say. But RADAR Financial still isn't telling when its PC-based competitor to Reuters Holdings PLC's Dealing 2000-2 matching system will be rolled out.
